The use of high-strength fibre has made it possible to use highly heat-resistant materials that were previously difficult to use. Compared to conventional materials, it suppresses the increase in wear even in the ultra-high temperature range, which is one rank higher.

Ensures a high coefficient of friction over the entire temperature range

Achieves a high friction coefficient that overwhelms conventional facings from the normal use range of 100℃ to the ultra-high temperature range. Demonstrating torque capacity one rank higher, it is unrivaled.

ENHANCED LOW INERTIA DESIGN

This design integrates a high-rigidity aluminum alloy for the clutch cover with a lightweight flywheel, achieving a 30% reduction in overall kit inertia compared to the original equipment (OEM) clutch and flywheel assembly. ADVANCED SILENT DAMPER TECHNOLOGY

Automobile manufacturers are progressively selecting silent-type dampers, particularly for modern, highly compressed gasoline engines. Traditional reinforced dampers in sports clutch discs have been designed to accommodate engines modified for enhanced power and high-grip tires, but this often resulted in a compromise on comfort due to gear noise and similar issues. The Hyper Single EVO addresses this challenge by incorporating silent-type dampers, ensuring no compromise on comfort—even during engine idling—tailored to specific vehicle models.

FEATURES OF SILENT DAMPER

Gear noise occurs when engine rotation fluctuations are transmitted to the transmission. Soft springs on the silent damper absorb the rotational irregularities at the idling stage.
