What shipping options do you offer?

We use a range of delivery services, including Australia Post, DHL, Couriers Please, Aramex, TNT, Fedex as well as other specialised freight carriers. We may interchange these carriers at our discretion to ensure the best service for your order.

When will my order be shipped/ ready for collection?

Orders are dispatched only after payment is confirmed. Direct Deposit/Bank Transfers from NAB accounts are usually instant, while transfers from other banks take one business day. PayPal payments (excluding eCheque) are received instantly.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

Kudos Motorsports adheres to the refund and exchange policies set by the Office of Fair Trading (Queensland). If you receive an item that is faulty due to a manufacturing defect or does not match the description, you may be eligible for an exchange, warranty claim or refund, depending on the circumstances. Contact us with your order details and photos of the item, and we’ll assist you.
